A limitation of logic within our universe.
Something exists. Within the logic of our universe, something must always exist, which implies the existence of a framework governed by such logic and rules. There must be a way to move from absolute nothingness to something, but this is impossible under the rules of our universe. Therefore, this universe is a simulation rather than a complete reality. The rules of mathematics is the program of our universe.

Here’s a brief concept, based on a longer article (linked further below), why there must always something exist within our universe ..
There are only two mutually exclusive possibilities:
1. Absolute Nothingness — a total non-existence without time, space, or even the potential for meaning. From this state, nothing could ever emerge.
2. Eternal Something — an unbroken existence containing at least the possibility of True Nothingness, where the fundamental rules of mathematics already exist.
Because we know existence is real, Absolute Nothingness cannot be true. Therefore, the mathematical rules underlying reality must be eternal — existing even where there is no matter, energy, or thought. These rules are the foundation and seed of all possible forms of existence.
