recently i noticed some hacking attempts which were not random but rather targeted, because those were on different services on my name. as of today morning, the hacking attempts are still going on.
i’m quite zen about it as i’m well prepared. in the past, over a decade ago, i had experienced an identity theft, with all the inconveniences from that, so i have taken a reasonable care to keep going with no major issues even if that happens again. if something gets hacked/blocked online, i’m ready to live offline and off-grid. it can happen to anyone, not only due to hacking but also because of a total grid shutdown caused by solar flares, an asteroid hitting earth, by a war, etc. .. so, in my mindset i’m always ready and prepared.
all you need to be prepared is knowledge. as long as internet is accessible, one should keep gathering knowledge for survival in any reasonably possible situation, and that’s what i’ve been doing for decades, apart of learning what’s new in science and technology. this gives me a constant zen mindset, a peace of mind in any situation.
so, while hacking attempts are going on, i haven’t done nearly anything about it — simply watching how far the hackers are going.. and just in case i notified those who know what to do in such cases, perhaps preparing a surprise for the hackers if they continue.
