SimU #A017 _ Minds Born from Mathematical Rules — A View on Consciousness.
Continuing the thought from the previous article on the subject ..
It could be possible that the very rules of mathematics are constantly creating new minds, which then encounter local conditions in specific configurations and the minds take the shape of different entities/organisms. In that case, there is no need for a single mind that creates the entire universe. The Simulation Argument still holds, though — it’s simply another step in evolution. New minds will still be constantly emerging whenever conditions provide an opportunity for them.
That would mean we are our own creators, our own gods living within our bodies. We can recognize and communicate with other creations of life because the rules of mathematics remain the same throughout all possible existence. Since we do not yet know all the rules of mathematics, other life forms may exist on different scales of time and space.

Note: Space is also one-directional like time, its apparent reversibility is an illusion. It only seems to be possible to move backward in space because it appears nearly identical, while in fact, it never truly is, when examined closely, at the quantum scale. Due to quantum fluctuations, even a subatomic particle can never return to the exact same location — it will not be the same space.
I have written about it extensively, also about time, which is just a product of constant change of space, not a separate dimension. The notion of time is redundant — another time is simply another space.
