Philosophy Books and Podcasts.
When I was young, I read some philosophy books — not many, though, only a few of the most famous ones considered must-read classics in my culture. I quickly discovered that some of them were just collections of ideas, many of which only sounded appealing but were contrary to logic. These works are good reading for a young mind, but they’re best approached with critical thinking. They shouldn’t be taken too seriously or used as guides for life.
I’m writing this because there are also modern empty talkers, even some quite famous ones. Today, I began listening to a long podcast, expecting some serious insights, but I had to quit after hearing too much nonsense right from the start. One should learn a bit of science, rather than just taking clickbait news and applying those to philosophical thought.
Just because some consider themselves philosophers and produce lots of words doesn’t mean they are worthy of your time.
