Scientists who create obstacles to the advancement of the new energy technology — harnessing of energy from the quantum field — must be punished by society in the same way. The scientists who restrict technological information from the public on the grounds that the technology is not scientifically sound according to current knowledge — regardless of existing and proven working prototypes — should be denied food if they cannot explain how the food provides them energy down to the smallest molecular processes in the body. This may seem harsh, but when oil runs out, the society as a whole will regret, so better to punish now those responsible for not allowing the new energy technology to be implemented into industrial scale production.
The keyword here is “proven.”
Working prototypes must be copied, improved, and fabricated on a large scale regardless of incomplete fundamental scientific understanding or contradictions with the current scientific paradigm. If it works, then the technology must first be implemented for the good of society, while the scientific understanding can wait.
