By using the boson-fermion bomb in the response to recent attacks with long range missiles, and advertising the response in advance, the aggressors will not even want to try to shoot the missiles down. Well, they can’t anyway, but that’s beside the point. The boson-fermion bomb, also called quantum bomb, has the ability to regulate its yield on the go — the closer it gets to the target, the less collateral damage it does. If some defence weapon succeeds, even by accident, to harm the missile before it reaches the target, the yield could be at its maximum, which is literally thousands of times stronger than the most powerful nuclear weapon.
Therefore, telling your adversary just to stand down and to take the response hit with the least overall damage, this would put them in place, avoiding any further escalation.
This is not clear that Russia has enough of those weapons, but a few would make a point, to avoid a nuclear war.
