Things that worry me.

There aren’t many things that actually worry me. The universal things that many people worry about, like the living conditions on the planet and the condition of the civilisation, are obvious — I’m not talking about these here or similar global worries. On personal level though there are not so many things that I’m losing sleep over.

The material things, like my current place of living and taking care of it, are not the real worries. It’s just my way of living at this moment, which may change when circumstances of life will change. What I’m talking about here is my true and deep constant worry on personal level, wherever I happen to be or whatever I happen to do.

The constant worry is aging. Regardless of all my efforts with my personally developed meditation method, it doesn’t appear to be the case that I’m getting any younger. Well, I’m not getting rapidly older neither, rather my physical condition is improving due to the daily hard exercises with heavy luggage, on the hilly Madeira. But that improvement of my health condition, in sense of getting physically stronger, isn’t making me younger, which is the whole purpose of my research into meditation methods, a constant “worry” so to say. The mirrors don’t lie. When I happen to look into a mirror there’s an aging man looking back. Not as old as many others of the same age, but I have seen also people who do better than me, in sense of looking way younger than their real age. I wonder if they have found the right “formula” in their thinking, or it’s just a random genetic luck, and the luck of easy life perhaps too.

The search for the “magic thinking” is going on and will continue as long as I’m alive and still capable of worrying about things. Apart of aging, everything else is secondary. Once the aging issue is resolved there will be enough time to take care of everything else in life.

In case if you are curious, here’s again the ‘about’ page of my old blog where I have written a lot on this topic ..

Now I must take better care of my financial side, finalizing the writing of and sending some business proposals. That could mean having even less time for the research on sciences and writing on the blog. But if I take a break from my urgent financial tasks and from necessary physical works around the new location I’m living in, then I may still post some quick articles every week. As always, will see how it all goes — not being a prophet is a disadvantage in making plans.

/ note: i’m posting new articles only on the OLD.RIP blog — no longer sharing on other platforms. i do not have any social accounts related to the OLD.RIP name, except as a test on “telegram” which is now discontinued. with my old ‘youthextension’ wordpress blog i did try out many social platforms — all discontinued years ago. no more time to do the same with OLD.RIP blog. i am not using any other social sharing or calling or messaging apps but only the OLD.RIP and “telegram”. keeping it to minimum — got life to live. /
