The project of the universe vs your own project.

The universe is trying to implement its ideas through you, as a part of the universe, and a collective with other humans, and perhaps also as a whole together with other living organisms. If you don’t listen to the universe and don’t recognize the plan of the universe, then you are not succeeding very well. Perhaps in small ways you will, but you will not be supported to the full extent that the universe could support you.

To the whole universe you’re a small part of it. If your personal ideas are good enough then perhaps the universe will support you in your efforts, if your efforts are going in the same direction as the general idea of the universe. In this case you may even succeed.. but for a greater probability for that to happen you better listen to the universe, try to understand which path the universe has for you in its greater project.

If your personal ideas are contrary to the bigger picture of the universe, then you will be ignored, and you will not succeed. If you will fight the universe then you could be eliminated, depending on how big of an obstacle to the bigger plan of the universe you become. Even a small obstacle could become a big problem to the plan of the universe, if not dealt with. There’s such a thing as “butterfly effect”, which isn’t a philosophical construct as some may think but a mathematical reality. So, if the universe sees you as a potential disturbance in a long run, then you will encounter obstacles in your personal projects incompatible with the project of the universe.
