obstacles of full regeneration.

lack of full regeneration of body parts in most organisms could be not because of insufficient capacity of the organisms to fully regenerate, but because of wrong interpretation of the information by the collection of cells as a whole. the system — an injured organism — may think that the change is made on purpose and it needs to adapt to it as a collective, for better survival. if you convince the organism that the previous shape is desired then it will recreate the previous shape. it will just take time. because the time could be significant, until the regrown part will be of a help for the entire organism and not an obstacle, it will take a lot of convincing, to spend the usually scarce energy for a bigger regeneration process.

a necessity for regeneration and healing doesn’t need to be in a large scale for it to be of a vital importance. the healing and regeneration can also be diffused around the whole body, for certain illnesses. in many cases a meditation similar to a hypnosis on oneself, can do a sufficiently effective work on body, without a need for chemical intervention with medication. medication carries information for molecules as what to do. words can do the same, and with no side effects. that’s how placebo effect works — it’s all in your mind.
