for the readers of the series of articles on the subject, to find easily the posts on specific subtopics, further on i will include in the headers some indications to what each post is about. i will rename the headers of the older posts on the subject as well, perhaps — need to think it through first.
previously each article was named “surviving as a civilisation”, with the following number of the article. the header’s name was always the same for the search results to come out easily, but obviously the header is already too long for adding even more information, about the content of the article. further on the posts will begin with the abbreviation “SAC”, following with the number of the article (the numbering remains the same), and then with one or few keywords indicating what the particular article is about.
will see if the search results show the related articles only, or will also include many other unrelated posts. if the search results will bring up a mess then i will have to rethink how to organize the articles on the subject.
technically i could add specific keywords below each post, for the search results to be more precise, but i am avoiding creation of an extra work for me. there is no automation on this blog — i must insert each and every header, number, line, link, keyword etc manually, using an online editor of the blog. the online editor isn’t extremely fast — i need to wait a few seconds after each entry. after creating a new block for a text, a link, a photo, a video, for embedding code, etc etc, the pause is painfully long. generally the editor is quite good, with many options to choose from, most of which i have never used, keeping the blog simple. maybe the editor is slow only on android devices, i don’t know, but the android systems are the only tools i use, having abandoned other operating systems over ten years ago.
as you can see, below each post, the ‘tags’ and ‘categories’ are not edited, staying always the same — i cannot remove those indicators, same as i cannot remove the links to ‘twitter’ and ‘facebook’ — those are added by the service provider. i have chosen this particular look of the blog and that’s the best for my needs i could find, so please don’t mind those forcibly added links below. i have a paid subscription to the service provider but the payment obviously isn’t enough to remove some links which are more profitable for the company hosting this blog and the domain name.
i hope you enjoy reading this blog — i’m still working on how to make it better also on the design side.. if i will discover some potentially useful updates to the service then i may try them out, but as you know i have no much time to mess around with less important things, concentrating on the content.
