technically it is possible to record clear voice into a microphone on noisy surroundings. few secondary microphones placed around the main microphone will allow to differentiate the direction of the sound, by the time delay between the microphones. all the noise and unwanted talk from the outside of the zone of central microphone can be filtered out, with the resulting clear voice from the intended source only.
